Default antideppresants with Azlitect

Hi I read somewhere the if one takes less than 100mg of Zoloft one can still take Azlitact. Is this true. I found with this disease I tend to get depressed. Any ideas or knowledge coming from this great forum?

Hi stclair,
I just went to see my MDS on Wednesday of this week. One of the things we talked about was Azlitact and antidepressants. I can't give you an exact dosage amount, but she was quite hesitant to prescribe Azlitact while I am on an antidepressant. At that point I felt I needed the antidepressant more.
Hope this helps.

Thank you Greg. My doctor was the same. I'm going to keep asking around.I'm on Azilect and Benztropin. I've also started gaining weight at 1 pound every couple of days. Now I'm quite alarmed.
