Actually, i became interested enough after reading your very informative post [about your experience] to ask what is a chi machine? I missed it and will look it up if no one has a link...which i could have missed as well; I just skimmed. The more shared, the more we learn. It's so true. I could have dementia by now under different circumstances, who knows?

ok back to chi machine....now what is it?

Hello Paula, there is a web site for information and sales, however way too expensive . gives how to use machine and graphic of machine. Post on this forum got a machine for 160.00 which is reasonable, assuming one can afford that. It maybe the time taken with machine is like meditation and therefore beneficial. I certainly notice a difference on the days I do not do the machine,it can be relaxing right before bed.Again the important thing is to start out slow 2 minutes only then build up to 3 or 5 Min's with a resting period after machine stops of 2 to 4 Min's. I used to walk the dog twice a day but the PD pain stopped that , down to once a day, but using the machine I have not gained any weight .

Default My wife picked one up at a yard sale for $25

And a search of completed sales on Ebay turns up a bunch at $50 including shipping.

For those unfamiliar with this thing:
1) You lie on the floor and rest your heels in twin cups on top of the CM. You turn it on and it moves your feet side to side along with your attached legs. This is supposed to do wondrous things and make chi flow. I cannot say that it did that for me.
2) The thing weighs a ton!

If you want to get your chi flowing, go to http://www.themaroller.com/

Not for the faint hearted but extremely effective.
