Default A format for independence

I sent this out to a few loyal members of the neurotalk group, but they can't do it all and neither can I so here it is. Putting my money where my mouth is and if it doesn't fly, that's less work.....lol

Linda H., Peg Willocks and I used to have the website Grassroots Connection. It did surprisingly well, was completely independent, never took a dime from anyone. We were never turned down from an interview, and there were many, including politicians, Mort Kondracke, and Mike Fox. To my knowledge, they aren't on many, if any other personal websites. We all got so involved in pipeline project, that the sites were duplicating each other about GDNF, but it had so much info- including updates from several of the orginal GDNF participants.

Peg expressed a desire not long ago to resurrect GRC, but I was having too rough a time this year. Then the neurotalk group began to form, but many have not participated.

A few nights ago, I did something I haven't done in a long time....started playing at developing the site, but don't want to do anything except what we are trying to do here at neurotalk. I thought we could just change the name. Now, tonight, I'm thinking why do that? GRC has an excellent track record and maybe it could help us.

This looks self serving, but believe me i won't do it without a committment of help. You will soon learn that I don't promote myself, i just speak out.

Anyway, here is what i worked on, the purpose is wayyyyyyyyyy too long but it's written out for those interested to get the full picture. It's on squarespace, which includes blog importing, journals, and data collection. i also still have the grassrootsconnection.com domain. See what you think, no rush, the holidays are upon us. Can private me with opinions, or post here - there is no design or color .

I just need to know if this is what we are envisioning here and want to get to work right after the holidays.

thanks all and peace.
