This past Tuesday evening our Young Onset/ Newly Diagnosed support group viewed a video from the Parkinson Disease Foundation. It was called "Your Not Alone". The video featured 3 of our forum members paula w, pegleg, and Carolyn. There was also a Carey but I do not know if it was indigogo or not. Anyway, very good job ladies. The information was clear and easy to understand. I hope your efforts will help many newly diagnosed people over the years.

It took several years for th em to put that video together, and it has been available for the asking for another 5 years (they just put it online recently). My point - we don't look that good any more! lol Age and PD have taken their toll.
I also wanted to make you aware of an award-winning video Tena helped make. It is very well done and informative. You can view "In Search of a Champion" and read about it in the Sticky above or go here; http://pwnkle.com/champion.htm Peg |
