i'm pretty off but wanted to share lizzie from 23andme's response about the international cost :
Great news -- effective immediately international orders will have the same total price (inclusive of shipping) as US domestic orders. $25 flat fee. Our goal is to use the power of technology and the internet to build a global community. We are not constrained by geography -- as many traditional research institutions are -- and we must take the fullest advantage of that to improve our chances of research breakthroughs. We do not want price to ever be a barrier to participation in our research initiative. Please feel free to share this on Neurotalk and any other forums you're a part of. thank you lizzie!
