Is it dangerous to take excess vitamin D3? If not, members of this forum could simply set up their own survey to supplement with vitamin D3.

Starting at 4,000 IU/day then titrating up to 40,000 IU over six months. Considering that the old RDA was 400 IU, there is a lot of room for change.

The MS community just found that MS is genetically connected to low Vit D levels. So the doses used for THEM are targeting that fact.
