Sorry for the delay... the new forum is setup for this project and those listed in the "editorial" list above have been given access.
We've had some very limited success publishing on Lulu.com. It's very easy -- just put the book into a Word document, including the cover and all, and they can turn it into a real bound book on-demand. You can also easily turn a Word document into a PDF for free downloads or what-not, or reading on other portable devices. When it comes time to do the actual publishing, I'll be happy to help out where I can. DocJohn

Before I screw up this new forum please check the new forum to determine if my logic is correct in using several threads. When I'm trying to do is allow input into separate threads as opposed to using a single thread for the book. The extension of this content will involve entering chapter topics allowing each poster to make contributions to a specific chapter. If this doesn't work please tell me how to undo the havoc I have caused. Thanks bob C
