Arrow my daily regimen after 15 plus yrs. of PD -fyi

dear ones,
I have some days that are not well with me -usually surrounding a woman's
menstral cycle...
the adrenals usually screw up meds...
just have peace - and realize this will pass...
I do not over exert myself at this stage - because then I will pay for it...
to much anything wearing on brain, ie - study -cooking -walking -picture taking -less is more....
so I aint perfect..
yet I try to be content...
and yall need to learn how to breathe correctly...metoo!
____________

I have a list of foods all organic...
I do not eat pork, and mainly chicken, salmon, tuna
I eat a wide variety of fruits and vegetables,
raspberries* organic
pineapple
grapes
cherry -montmorency juice...
broccoli, cauliflower cabbage, raw and cooked carrots... celery -etc..
salads -tomatoes avocados. organic*

bolthouse juices and vegie drinks,
earl grey tea, fiji water, boil my foods in [distilled water -*only]
use organic makeups, deodorants, soaps,
*splurge on Jones soda, made with cane juice
organic chocolate, vanilla ice cream

supplements
potassium extra 99mg.can be used daily -L-dopa will use it up...
Ayurvedic herbs - Solaray -ashwaganda, triphala
Oceans3- better brain - Vitamin code for women -Garden of life
Jarrow formulas of Co-Q10 and Alpha Lipoic Acid... great for energy
- do not take supplemeats after you take meds..
eat before taking most all supplements

4 meds
levo dopa carbi dopa/ 50/ 200 4 X's daily
zoloft
klonipin
motrin
- do not take supplemeats after you take meds.
&.
eat before taking most all supplements...

find a past time you enjoy to lift your mood...
these help me,
I will not take more pills than I must, and mostly vitamins that
are from real food products...

exercise - is important - walking is the best -
I clean my own home, go to the grocery store when the energy
is good...
I do not eat a regular breakfast...
I will have organic yogurt/ or organic O'Soy yougurt,
I have complex carbohydrates a couple hours after,
breakfast burritto -
I can not eat regular oatmeal -as it lowers blood sugars...
and hypoglycemics do not need the sugar lowered very much...

if you have hypoglycemia, you may have the same type of symptoms as PD
so make sure - you need to raise your blood sugar / or if it is med time...
it makes a huge difference!

also I pray -have a chat with my Lord, he does listen, if you do not believe in God - self talk will help, but it will not heal you...
I believe the spirit of a human needs to be in touch with the God that loves you and made you... this is why I am still here,
otherwise I would have "NO HOPE" at all...
peace to your hearts,
tena

Hi Tena, thanks so much for this.

What dosages do you take on the ashwaganda and triphala?
