Just have to add my two cents...Wii and Wii Fit are a "hoot" to play and exercise. They make exercising FUN. Wii Fit actually has Balance games that are so much fun. You almost have to discipline yourself not to overdo.
Then there is another game Big Brain Academy "exercises" other regions...
