Default Tandem bike, Wii, and the value of challenge

In a thread on PLM about the Wii game console, a user wondered if the fact that she had to respond quickly explained the benefits that she had noticed. That clicked with the tandem bike benefits we heard of. Both push the limit. Is this the trigger for neurogenesis?

Great question!

It would be great if this is the case!

Isn't it surprising that this approach has not been tried/documented long before now?
