welcome SoCal;
who's your movement disorder specialist?
Mine is Jeff Bronstein at UCLA. I was diagnosed in 1990 at age 40.
There are lots of nice knowledgeable people here.

again welcome!!

Default Hi there California Guy

I hope you find the conversation on this forum. I can tell you attend support group meetings sponsored by the APDA as I recognize in your avator the current byword of their current approach of approaching the improvement of the quality of life of patients: "THINK BIG!" Big steps, big voice, big posture, etc. I also try to follow the Think Big lifestyle. Good for you! Now use your Big Voice and add to the harmony of this forum!
