I just wanted to introduce myself.....I am SoCal from Southern California - 47 year old man with PD (6 years)..........I like the site, chat & forums and look forward to making friends here.

I hope you find the conversation on this forum. I can tell you attend support group meetings sponsored by the APDA as I recognize in your avator the current byword of their current approach of approaching the improvement of the quality of life of patients: "THINK BIG!" Big steps, big voice, big posture, etc. I also try to follow the Think Big lifestyle. Good for you! Now use your Big Voice and add to the harmony of this forum!

Welcome: I am kinda new myself. Belonged to forum years ago, left and now am back. This is a terrific group of people and I am sure you will feel at home. My name is Doreen, a.k.a georgeann. I will be 66 this July and have had pd for around 12 years by my figuring. Officially diagnosed in '99. If I can ever help please let me know. Have a good day.
