Ron, I'll get personal one of these days.
As usual, there is a method to my madness. I am habitually remiss in my flossing although I do brush daily. But when I do floss my gums do bleed. However, I recently buckled down on taking fish oil, a powerful anti-inflammatory. Lo and behold, the next flossing had no bleeding! Among other things, that might be a way to monitor my own inflammatory state.
