Default Numbness

I guess my neuropathy has always included some degree of numbness but lately, things have changed. Last week I saw my neuro and he said I was worse at this visit than at the last (6 months ago) as measured by some scale he uses. I can no longer walk on my heels (can't get my toes up off the ground) and the pin prick feeling is higher up the leg before I can feel it. For the past few days I have had an odd feeling in my right leg...like I had been sitting on it and it is waking up. It feels like someone is pouring cold water over it. My toes however seem more numb than usual. Does anyone have an experience like this? Please share your thoughts.

I just added CoQ10 to my suppliment list..could this be causing the problem?

Thanks for your help.
