And here I thought I was going to read something that would really help me right now as I sit here at 1:55 a.m. reading this board as I try to get tired enough to go back to bed. This really was some wise words of wisdom, though. You just need to get to sleep in order to sleep it off.

Default sounder sleep

Every time my feldenkrais worker worked on me I fell asleep, and I'm an old insomniac. She is credentialed to teach seminars in something called the Sounder sleep system, which has to do with tiny, repetitive, rocking movements before sleep.

Anyway, it really helped, so here's a link:

You haven't lost your wit mate, you got me in too.
My favorite old show that made me laugh was the " Jackie Gleason show ". when he was driven the buses, i've got a few of his video tapes i watch every now and again.
