Does one need to increase the dosage of acetyl carnitine slowly? Does it upset the gut?

I only posted that for other readers here who didn't know you had another, and would think I was NOT answering you for some reason! I wasn't being fussy or critical. I cannot moderate this forum to remove things but I don't think in this case that is even needed. Directing people to Vitamin forum may open some eyes that didn't know it exists.

Marty,
You can delete posts that are in answer to a thread, but the original first post of a new thread cannot be deleted - unless you petition the 'powers that be'.
