Default Wish me luck .......

tomorrow i am going in for another EMG - I have been waiting since March for this, so I am please I finally got an appointment. Earlier this year I stopped being able to lift up my left leg, so they think it is damage to a peripheral nerve in my hip (probably one that comes from somewhere up by the top of the lumbar region in my back). Anyway, I should find out tomorrow - the neurologist who does it generally tells me the results, then forwards the full results to neuro who always gives me a copy of them.

So, wish me luck, and hopefully I will have some news for you tomorrow night. I hope I get the neurologist I got last time - he was really great.

cheers

RAglet

I hope it goes well for you, Raglet.

Not being able to lift that leg...very difficult. This happened to me after a fall, when a tendon gave out in my groin. I couldn't lift my left leg for over a month. And the PAIN...it was 24/7.

I am sorry you have to go thru this.
