I would say that the facet block is a good idea, actually, I have no clue. However, I do have a clue about nerve ablation. Here is the link to the thread with my original comments:

What a time to be confronted with all this info and these choices. There will be plenty to look at when you return, and I do hope that you can let enough of this go, until you do come back, so that you absolutely enjoy yourself.

Have never been to Belize, hear it's wonderful. Have been to Tikal and had a wonderful adventure.

my worries precisely!

Thanks for the compassion about things I have ato worry about, but actually, I'm in better shape than ever. The facet block helped the butt pain, as did a feldenkrais session yesterday. I'm hypoadrenal, as I've been writing about with help from Mrs D in the pillow link, but I don't feel any more tired than I've gotten used to!

Just a lot to tend to--two days and have to get the anti-malarials, call the endo, finish packing, all sorts of stuff like that.
