I can sympathize on the weight loss struggles. The foot pain makes walking difficult much of the time. I discovered and enjoy "aqua-aerobics" through my local parks department. An hour of activity and stretches that gives me pain relief for a few hours and help with conditioning.

My doctor gave me some exercise to do for this knee problems, but I went to the YMCA gym with my daughter and noticed they have exercise that strengthen those very muscle.
It's feeling somewhat better but still feel that rubbing pain issue. Hope strengthening these muscle will make a difference. Did some swimming too which is easier on the knees. Doing what I can just hope it is enough. Trish |
