Default Misdiagnosis

Has anyone here ever had their neuropathy misdiagnosed by a neuroseurgeon when it was a pinched nerve also being addressed by a chiropractor? I am going through both treatments trying everything...non-gluton, huge supplements, wsn nerve support, etc...
However, I am having more help with sypmptoms (hands are quickly returning to normal, no tingling, numbness subsididing, etc...) with my neck adjustments from my chiropractor. Am I alone in this?
