Talking Dental work concerns?

I am about to get some dental work done; and, was wondering if this could cause a flare up of symptoms (diagnosed with CMT).

Is there anything I should avoid? Ofcourse I will advise my dentist of my diagnosis; but would like to know if I should tell him to avoid certain meds/dental filling materials/drilling concerns, etc.
