I fell off of a ladder and broke my arm at work(they are so cheap they asked me to use my own med insurance and didn't report it to workmans comp). My pm appeared the same year. Now I am thinking it might have caused my pn too...what do you all think (mine is currently classed idiopathic, and I am on sick leave). I'm thinking of suing them for everything...this is a million dollar company with no hr person. When I asked for disability info, they emailed me the state of CA website. Nice folks.

Welcome to NT

So sorry you have PN to deal with.

If you have the medical evidence needed to support your thoughts about the NP being related to the work injury, then you have a legitimate claim. If your doctor won't stand up for you, then you're going to be challenged to prove it caused it.

Good luck and look forward to seeing you around.
