Whole Foods, Sprouts, and Kroger's (in their health food/organic section) all have cleaning products that are not caustic--many list grapefruit in their ingredients. Most grocery stores are now selling "green" products that may be less destructive to hands.

Thanks again for the input. Was more curious then concerned about the autonomic aspects. The sluggish digestion and the heart palps have been a part of my life since I was a teenager, got more prominent after my last pregnancy - 17 yrs ago, and I'm 43 now. They are more an annoyance then anything, have never been found to have a cause. At least now I know why and can deal better.

As for cleaning products, I will use natural products when I can. Having an autoimmune something, and a family overcome with autoimmune - I'm more conscious and wary then most regarding chemicals.

It's been frustrating, dealing with the SFN, but I also am somewhat relieved, because now I know that what I've been dealing with for more then half my life is not in my head like so many have tried to imply. That term 'moderately severe' has my family finally believing me. Knowledge IS power...
