I dont know the exact law here - but as long as you arent liabeling someone saying they are doing something they arent - you should be ok. In any case, in regards to disabiality - even Medicare defines "homebound" as a person who can leave the house to go to appts, meetings, church, etc... not locked in their home. You may run into folks who dont want their pictures posted anywhere for various reasons, I'd just ask them if anyone has any objections.

Hi.

As I indicated in my previous post, everyone there knew I was taking photos. I actually took more of people waving at the camera but they didn't come out. And believe me, if anyone had said "please don't take my photo, I would have respected their wishes". So, in my estimation, there is no problem. But I just might take these photos off because I never expected these possible problems to arise. lol

So take care hon and Happy Turkey Day.

I don't see how your pictures can be a problem Mel.

They don't identify anyone by name, and no one is dancing, or
jumping around...they all look quite sedate!

That one Facebook thing is really rather extreme.
When you go to the next meeting, ask again. If anyone wants you to take them down, then do it then.

Mel,
IMHO......not to worry.
If no one objected, yer OK.
