Hi,
Anyone else out there with Multifocal Motor Neuropathy with Conduction Block? I have been diagnosed at Mayo Clinic and have been on ivig treatments for 4 yrs now. I have heard that they lose their effect after awhile which is not good news. I am working on organizing all of my medical data which includes a whole lot more than I care to think about right now. I try to keep up a journal that I can refer to as far as symptoms. I have weakness and cramping in my hands, and it seems like most parts of my left side are affected with the same symptoms. It can get so frustrating trying to have copies of everything and symptoms recorded, etc...... Oh well, just thought I would see who else might be out there. Chris |

Hi Chris,
I don't have the same diagnoses as you, but thought I'd respond to your post anyway. Your keeping a journal idea is great, and I actually recently started to do the same for myself in regards to the symptoms I'm experiencing with my Small Fiber Neuropathy and trying to see if anything I do or eat makes the symptoms better or worse. How are your symptoms now with the ivig treatments? Wishing you all the best. Miriam |
