Default Anti Mag ELISA Test

I had an Anti Mag ELISA test awhile ago. The reference interval was 0-999. My result was 55 TU (Titer Units). I assume that constitutes a negative result. Would there be any point in redoing the test? Based on clinical eval and EMG/NCV my neurologist made a differential diagnosis of Anti Mag or CMT (Charcot-Marie Tooth). I would like to know other people's experience with the Anti Mag ELISA test.
