Default rubbing increases NP burning sensation

hi

I was playing with my baby. I noticed that when he rubb me in different parts of my body the burning sensation seemed to reappear. Is this consistent with Small Fibers Neuropathic Pain?

I also feel more burning sensation near my joints and in places where the bones are more near the skin, such as, chest, knees, etc...

Thank you
