My LDL is high, but my triglycerides are low. Go figure. Total Cholesterol was over 200, which is over the cut off. I am going to get retested, because I think it should have dropped in the last few months. My crp is slightly elevated, but I have autoimmune issues, so that goes up with inflammation.

Another way to look at cholesterol is the ratio of total cholesterol to HDL. That number should be less than 4.5 (total cholesterol)/(HDL) < 4.5.
