My feet hate weather extremes. They've been protesting. Loudly. I've had to double up on pain medication and use the Mirapex more frequently. Other than that just hanging in here.

My bottle of "Tullimore Dew" (Irish heaven )
will have to be dutifully replenished, after this cold spell.

That my dear Rrae is what happens to me after a HALF glass of bubbly. I am a cheap date. I suppose that is why hubby married me. You are welcome to the rest of the bottle.

I was picking my nose, because my booger froze outside. You know the kind of cold that freezes your boogers and also makes your jacket crackle kind of weird?

My IVIG made me feel as good today as did the bubbly. I am actually baking bread. This is really energetic for me.

Default The Great BOOGER debate

YES my dear comrades there are MANY ways to pick thy booger.
There have been many debates throughout the years as to which is "THE politically correct way" to pick thy booger.

Default Omg

I can't believe i actually posted that nonsense! I was just messin around and accidentally pushed the 'post' button!

What I MEANT to say is : Cycleops, I am so happy to see you feeling so good these days! The IVIG is doing you much good and I hope you continue getting this much-needed relief! Unless, of course if you are anything like me, you might still be feeling lousy and choose to cover it over with humor. That's what i TRY to do.....either way....just know that I am happy when YOU are happy..... and that pretty much goes for everyone here. Pain totally sucks....and to be able to be somehow 'silly' in the midst of it is actually quite a gift!

I have turned to humor, since drama did not become me....or so my family says.

In other words, every one got tired of me complaining, and I found that being funny worked better than telling people how I really feel some days...most days.

Default Good 'altitude' Since Attitude doesn't count in COLD?

I just LOOOVE trying to find ways to warm blue tooties or simply keep them from going blue.

Why oh why? Don't we just migrate en-masse to the warmer climes and then take over? Tho about this time? Not recommended. Sigh.
I Want to be WARM! I want to be comfy! I want to be TROPIC. HECK I WANT WARM! No more orless.

Fun vision tho? ALL of us descending on any given warm city? ALL At once?
WhaT A HOOT? OR FUN OR SOMETHING TRULY DIFFERENT. SO THERE.
Soo for the interim? I'll huddle under my e/b and other warmers and keep on?

Hope and warmth to one and all now & in the future! j

Default Personally--

--I think we forget just how funny boogers (and farts, and lots of other things) are when the world demands that we become "adult"--an occupation at which I cheerfully fail on a regular basis.

(Hey, George Carlin said "Snot is the original rubber cement".)
