When bodily functions take a digger, one can only laugh. What else can one do? Pretend to be dignified?

Default Snow!

The cold is bad, and I'm getting pretty sick of the snow, too. It's not like it's been a record amount here in Pittsburgh, but it's doing it all day every day so that you're never done clearing it off. And every time I need to go somewhere, I have to clean the car again.

At least I had the sense to buy an insulated, oversized pair of boots on Saturday so that all this snow removal isn't taking too much of a toll on my feet. And one of my Christmas gifts was one of those silly wool ski hats with the flaps and the ties that the kids wear. Hey, I'm not laughing at them any more.

Wink

Hubby got me a little heater for my computer work!

This floor does not have a basement below, it is a little study/library that Grandfather had built on the back of the house.
Hence the floor is cold.

Normally my plushy slippers are adequate for it..but not this year! My feet have been hurting more than usual the past week, so today is my new gift! So far it is very nice and toasty!

Hi
Ok, who ever wanted warm, its NOT in Florida!! Going down to 35 tonight, and I'm in the Tampa Bay area. On TV last night, they said it was in the 50s in Cuba, so you'd have to go farther south that that!

50 is warm. Up here in the tundra, wear speedos in that weather. It isn't pretty.

Default Speedos up ''north"? Whew!

Does that Cat have a "Snuggie"? Sure looks like it!
Geesh, just look at the UK and Europe! They too are getting blasted.
Even Peking, China is getting doused w/snow!
As for the US? Maybe we could all go to the US Virgin Islands where it's 78 degrees F now? At 9PM EST?
I dunno, a bunch of us thawing out on a beach there 'unturning blue' would be a sight to see?
South of the equator tho? We're not getting much info other than there are floods in some of Australia?
I'd love a hot tub IF it had included with it a fork-lift! Sigh!
Warm thoughts to one and all! Not to mention toasty toes! Ferget the speedos! - j
