Default P5P and Neuropathy

Does anyone have any idea if P5P can trigger neuropathy. I know when i have taken tiny doses of B6 i felt worsening of some neuropathy i still have in my arms due to hashimoto's thyroiditis. But i need to take P5P due to A genetic disorder i have called pyroluria which is a depletion of Vitamin B6 and Zinc as well as manganese.

Any information from anyone would be good. Or links.

Thank you.
