Thanks for all the replies and information, I've been slowly sifting through it all so it sinks in rather than read the lot and confuse myself :)

I'm in the UK, sorry, should of mentioned that really, and thanks for the iherb link, I may well give them a try when I've worked out exactly what I need, and I see what you mean about the price of CoQ10 :eek:, think I'll be looking at starting on 200mg and see what difference it makes then stepping it up if needs be.
