Thanks for all the replies and information, I've been slowly sifting through it all so it sinks in rather than read the lot and confuse myself

I'm in the UK, sorry, should of mentioned that really, and thanks for the iherb link, I may well give them a try when I've worked out exactly what I need, and I see what you mean about the price of CoQ10 , think I'll be looking at starting on 200mg and see what difference it makes then stepping it up if needs be.
