Cyclops congrats. You are going to be a grandma. I am so happy for you. I never want kids. That could change I guess if I ever get to a better spot health wise but not thinking so. Don't get me wrong I like kids but can't imagine raising one at this point.

Raising kids and working as a nurse was incredibly hard work. I need a nap just thinking about it.

Grandmahood has struck again....after 2 and a half days of labor, and a million text messages, and a phone call at 3:49 AM, with the loudest cry I EVER heard! I am an E-Granny. I was so disappointed not to get down there, but the storm was too wicked....so, we did what we could...texted thru labor! So my 5' tall daughter, had an 8 pound 4 oz. er. The nurses were great, including making sure I was first to hear our screaming eagle. And then they took pics and sent them by phone.

Yes, Bob, I too, nap after thinking.....heck, I nap while thinking.

Default NAPS ARE GOOD! POWER NAPS Even BETTER!

The quality of Nap is far more important than the quantity!
We just got past our recent 'snowpocalypse' and are alive and well.
Hope all others are well and fine as well! Few power outages and other ilk of that sort....
Congrats on a new healthy screamer who you can spoil to death and then leave for parents to deal with! My own mom declared it 'her perogative' to spoil the kids as she COULD and not suffer any consequences! She said this with a sly smile I grant you. [Granted, I'm the youngest of many? - and sibs always claimed it was: The milkman! - but the 'math' never worked out]

Good things for the 'e' granny! and Shorter days and sooner SPRING!
Hugs to all! - j 's!
