I still wonder whats next.Got new shoes and inserts..Hope some improvement in burning feet...They say I have plantar fasciitis and tendonitis in both feet yuck!Had bought Reeboks Easytone shoe with the air balls under the ball and heel!No good says Doc.No stability but thats how they were marketed to build muscles...What amess....Watch out for this shoe if you have issues...

You need a shoe with stability. They usually have a 'roll bar' on the interior. I wear Saucony Trigons. Go to a store that sells running shoes. Tell them you need a stability shoe. I also have orthotic inserts in the Saucony as well. A physical therapist casted my feet to make the orthotics.
Also, the EMG won't find small fiber neuropathy. For that you need an epidermal nerve fiber density biopsy (skin punch).
