Hi I am sorry you are facing this. At the start of my condition they thought I may have had TTS. I was put in an airboot by the orthopedic before going to the foot/ankle specialist because the orthopedic thought it was an injury though I never fell. Anyhow the foot doc who thought I had TTS thought the air boot was good well since it turned out to not be tts or an injury and was PN and RSD it made my condition worse. Time I had every dx test I was at such a bad place. I am not saying this is for you but to make sure to rule out other conditions. Also that dose of neurontin is low. Some need 3600 which I am working up to. I did 300 increments because each increase causes me to feel really bad but it wears off the side effects. I encourage you to talk to your doc about a better anti inflamatory med for as needed. Also sometimes there needs to be a combo of meds like neurontin. Have you had any mris?Oh yeah also if I had TTS or not basically the treatment was the same and meds like neurontin. The last possible thing they want to do is surgery on that. Sorry this is all over the place. It is how my mind it is right now. Hang in there and feel better
