Question Essential Tremor and PN linked?

So, I email my Neuro, he said he wants to do an MRI on my neck... because now my hands are getting tingly towards the end of the day.
I did tell him in October when he started testing me; that waaayyy back when I was 29, (18 years ago) I started with an "Essential Tremor" in my neck that makes my head shake back and forth consistently. Over the years, I have learned to "control" it sometimes, but at what expense? Now my head slowly turns to the left when I am concentrating, and tips to the right. So what is happening is the muscles in the right side of my neck are tightening up to overcompensate for the tremor in the left side of my neck. My right shoulder is always tense and I frequently roll my shoulder to release the tension. My neck ALWAYS hurts and I have just learned to live with it.

My kids still notice the tremor when I'm watching T.V. or reading. I went to a Chiropractor for a while, and it helped, but I just can't afford the "maintenance" costs of the adjustments.

People frequently ask me if I have one eye that is weaker because I look at them with my head turned, and no, I don't, I have one side of my neck that is weaker. Or, they ask me if I am shaking my head no in response to a question, and I have to tell them sorry, it's a tremor.

Any of you have any experience with this being related to PN? Should I "push" it? My pain has markedly improved with the vitamins, but I haven't seen my doctor since late November and haven't had the opportunity to tell him about it. I still have the burning, and if I back off of the PN medication the stabbing and shooting pains come back, so it is not "gone" by any means!

Also, if he is going to do any blood tests, should I stop taking the vitamins before the blood tests? If so, how long before the blood tests?

Thanks so much!
