Default Looking for an Attonrney against Pfizer Pharm.

I would really appreciate any assistance in finding an attorney that has the guts to go up against Pfizer, with regards to Lyrica. I have contacted so many legal channels, but Lawyers are afraid of Pfizer, because they (Pfizer) have so much money.

Thank you everyone in advance!

All pharmaceutical companies have money.

Unless you have damage done, that you can PROVE was done by the medication, it is very hard to prevail legally.

Here is an interesting list of reported side effects for Lyrica.

I count about 12-15 tooth related reports

What state do you live in? Contact the state bar association to find someone whose area of expertise is product liability. Call & ask if they'd be interested in taking your case. You need to show an injury which can be traced directly to Lyrica. You will also need expert testimony to support your claim that Lyrica was responsible for your damages. It requires a lawyer who can pay these out of pocket costs (expert witnesses, etc.). But the key is to find a law firm who feels you have a winnable case because they would not want to spend money to hire experts if they feel they'd lose & not recover their costs.

Good luck!

I think you should at least turn in a Medwatch drug complaint to the FDA. Have details etc on hand to provide.
