Question Odd New Symptom

Hi- I was wondering if anyone had the problem of their ear suddenly going numb? This morning (although I think it started yesterday, but I was in denial and too busy to think about it) I noticed that my left ear and the area behind and in front of it has gone numb. Does anyone else have this problem?

I also have an autoimmune problem and PN, and high Blood Sugar (not Diabetes).

Any Ideas?
Thanks ever so much!

My ear gets a on fire feeling and pressure. I have had an mri of my ear with my neuro and went to an ear doctor but they have o idea why and I feel it is connected to my PN and RSD. Mine comes and go. I would mention it to your doc or if it continues make an apt.

Thanks. I decided to start with my dentist (I have an appointment tomorrow)- I still have my wisdom teeth, so I am hoping that maybe they are the culprit- and not the PN. I will keep this updated.

Any other ideas are appreciated though!
