Lightbulb Acetyl L Carnitine for nerve pain and regeneration?
Hello on my research journey I have been looking for natural treatments for my Sjogrens/neuropathy and came across articles on Acetyl L Carnitine which can be purchased over the counter. Research is showing that it can alleviate nerve pain and MAY help to regenerate nerves. I am going to start taking it because it seems worth a try. Its not like I will be devastated if it does not work..just another day in my life of pain. So, I am just wondering if anybody on here has or is taking it and if it seems to be working for them. Any experiences would be helpful to know. Thanks Mary
