Default How do you do it

As one with what I am sure is autonomic neuropathy,, I am curious to hear of your GI symptoms,, for me it just feels like food is being squeezed through the guts,, it is so loud,, and the constipation, it just never ends,, and how do you deal with a holiday like Easter where there is a lot of food and your family is begging you to eat,, but you know you really cant since things just go so far and everything just stops,,
I cant live in citrate to go to the bathroom, before it would work,, then I quit for al ong time, I thought things were getting back to normal,, but then everything stopped again,, this time its pretty severe,, and my arms and hands are burning and hurting more,, and they never stop quivering,, As a former electrician, I needed my hands,, so today I tried to put a outlet in the garage,, I could not do it,, my hands were like claws, I am so depressed over all this,,,
I am suposed to get rituxin on monday, I think my family views this as a cure,, I know better,, I think its going to progressand get alot worse,, and truthgully I am scared to death,,

I would definitely check into gluten intolerance. Google it: gluten intolerance + neuropathy ...you will find lots of info.

I use 'Clear & Natural' powder fiber supplement 2-3x/day for my constipation
(from 'Metamucil' - hard to find, I get it at 'Safeway' [7.5 oz]
or on-line from 'Rite-Aid' [11.5 oz])
.
Use less than 'Fiber Sure' (& works better) for same $$.
Can be added to recipes, too.
No taste, no grit - 1 tsp in plain water or juice.
It really helps me - a LOT !(at least 3 days out of 5)
No sudden rushes for the W.C.
Works overnite.
