It's funny how pain hits us...out of the blue, and sometimes disappearing as stragely as it appeared. Well, not funny, that's just a figure of speech, ya know!:p

Last June, out of the blue, I got this horrible jaw pain, the trigeminal nerve, on the left side. It was probably the worst pain I have ever had...nothing helped, except heat, and that was questionable. This pain would hit out of the blue, and the minute it hit, it was the most horrendous pain ever...as a rule, it lasted about 10-15 minutes, and I was totally beside myself with this pain. The last time it hit me, it lasted 45 minutes, I was in tears long before it ended. Thankfully, it has not came back, it happened almost nightly for 2 weeks. Hopefully, it will never return.

For now, I am dealing with neck/shoulder pain. The fire is immense in my shoulders, even thought maybe a firetruck would help! I am not finding much comfort with it, it's been going on for over 2 weeks. I stopped my cardio exercises, which are not the cause, I have been doing them for well over 1 year, and for now, an walking at a fast pace in place of them. As Joan (Dahlak) told me, I keep my head up high, watching the trees, so as not to put pressure on my neck/shoulders.

My neuro will have a long list in June when I see him!!!
