Hello, Jecker.... Welcome to NeuroTalk.
can you be more specific? Does the burning change? Does it feel like it is in the skin? Or deeper. Is it all the time? Front or back of chest? Is there discoloration/redness with it or rash? What dose of Remeron do you take, and for how long? It would help to know more about you, and if you take other drugs too.
