Default off topic question about supplements for liver

I recently had an emergency cat scan for pulmonary issues but while looking at it the radiologist made note of a marked infilitration of my liver since the last one which was about two years ago. i dont drink at all. I was exposed to massive amounts of toxins over a 4 month period ten years ago and many who also experienced the same exposure have recently died of or are currently battling liver disease as well as various other cancers and sarcoidosis. Any suggestions for supplements to promote liver health? i take 1000 mcg of methylcobalamin b12 a day. I have taken thiamine and benfotiamine in the past so i would imagine i should start that again.

Lightbulb

The main one is milk thistle.

Another is SAMe.

Both help with liver regeneration and functions.

Many antioxidants may help. Also NAC and l-glutamine may increase glutathione which is helpful to liver function.

Default also

Taraxacum (Dandelion) & silymarin as tea.

I had also a problem with my liver due to toxins. 2 months after using this - all the blood tests were normal.
