be very nice, polite [yep swallow the nails!] and ask questions as IF you are stupid.... They'll know anyhow? Simply because you ARE asking questions! DUH?

For the interim? GO KICK BUTT! - Got that? Just do it 'nicely'! Last thing you want is to be labelled an 'adversarial patient'!!! No way lady!

Smart/dumb is the best way to go, so far, I've found. Sad that it has to be done that way? But, ya gotta do, what ya gotta do!
