Default mrsD...happily, with so many tests..

My Dr. knows that I have had all sorts of things checked, and the 'shingles' was the only item of concern. I had a good nights sleep the night before my app. and he did tell me that the anti-viral can keep working for a while and I could have some good results.

That gave me some real hope that has been missing for a long time. He also upped my 'gabapentin', helped me learn how to use a "TENS" unit, and I used it on the front of my legs and calves last night--30 min. each session. I have no idea what good reaction I might eventually receive, however I plan to do the back of my legs today because thats where the terrible muscle cramps (& toes) have attacked.

Have you ever used a "TENS"???
