Well I live in South Florida so hot and humid is part of the course here. I am way worse in cold but am careful to not be out much in the afternoon other then to and from the car or a building. For me I don't do well with changes. More consistent the weather the better. One day cold,one day hot,one day rain my body goes nutty. I wish they had clothes for people with this. I have days in my house I have one pant leg up one down,one sock on one sock off. I look like a mess. What ever it as long as I get through the day.

Was 87 here yesterday, and I loved it. Last year I would of been a wilted flower in that temp, but this year it is glorious, for now anyways.

Yup, typical DC area weather! But we always have a beautiful Spring, and how long does that usually last? Ten minutes?

I hear you so very well!
I used to have to be careful of the heat.
Now it is either the heat or the cold.
The heat makes my nerves burn and also makes me very weak.
The cold makes the vessels constrict and causes painful spasms.
(All four limbs.)

It was in the 80's here yesterday and high humidity.
We were using our A/C.
Then at about 7 PM, we had a hail storm.
Knocked the power out. No A/C, no fans.
It was 3.5 hours before the power came back on.
I was a hurting unit!

I do not like such extreme reactions to the changes in the weather or in the ambient air. Yet, what to do?
We are so lucky we even have A/C when it is needed.
I am grateful.
