I am bumping this up for those who feel drained and depressed in winter...like now! I've started my visor treatments again several days ago, and it is working well for me.

It might help with some chronic pain, and aching... as it does for me. Checking with the website for this visor I see it has come down in price. And that is a plus too.

Any questions you can ask on this thread now that I have bumped it up. It is hard to realize it has been 7 years now since I originally post this experiment. My visor still works well, and that is because I keep it charged all the time, (plugged into the charger).
I don't use it when the days are long... as I typically don't seem to have the same problems. I guess the term for this is SAD (seasonal affective disorder).

Hello Mrs. D,

Can you tell me the brand and product name of your light visor and perhaps where we can get it now?

It's difficult to tell which one you ended up at the start of this thread and most of the links are now dead.

Big Thanks. I tried the light by the desk but I couldn't get out of bed in the morning to sit at my desk for the morning light. This will work better as I am moving around doing stuff trying to get going. Thanks for the idea and your experiments. Your help to people is really reverberating out in the world.

Be careful walking around with the visor... I tend to sit at the computer for 30min for that reason. I never use the high intensity either.

It doesn't take a long time with the visor on to get results.
I have never used more than 30 min sessions, and in fact sometimes I skip a day or use 15min. You can get too energized with it if you are not careful.

Once day length increases I do not use the visor at all. My times are late Oct thru March.
