Default cortisone or lidocane shots

Has anyone tried these shots in your feet? I had been doing pretty good for several years with pain level 2 -4. Three months ago it started up.Most days
now it is 5 or higher. I am taking 60mg of morphine daily for the last 2 years.

Any help would be appreciated.

George
