I, too, have a tendency to get the "buzzies"
 
They are sometimes continual, at other times "pulsing" with a period of several seconds or so, cycling in a sort of sine wave pattern. They tend to show up suddenly, offer when a certian area has been compressed, linger for hours/days, then disappear just as suddenly.

Such sensations are very often correlated with intermittent compressive forces on already damaged nerve.
